They’re taking the self-checkouts away there too because they couldn’t prevent rampant theft with them, and many restaurants are going back to paper menus because they’ve gotten such negative feedback from people needing to read the menu and order on their phones (I have dietary restrictions due to a health condition and I hate ordering on my phone because it’s so much easier just to talk to somebody).

Some benefits are restricted, particularly the rights to remodel or resell, per my understanding.

But, i heard there are many restrictive zones in these areas. 

When asked on the daily calls about HOAs restrictions for airbnb usage, the very young host, maybe 21 yo, if that, stated 'yeah, look out for that but it shouldn't be a problem...¿??

After the first year you are released from any restrictions.

@Daniel Purcell with City of New Orleans being so restrictive, is there a neighboring City that seems to have less of an issue with STRs and is still fairly accessible to all the things visitors are interested in?

@Scott TrenchFreddie Mac just announced that as of July 28th they will be doing away with the no income limit restricted area's for Home Possible, which allowed for house hacking up to 4 units with only 5% down.

HOA restrictions..And just about any other possible underwriting scenario nobody thought of. 

With the results of Beryl being tallied you can bet that some of the companies will be tightening restrictions and some may stop writing.  

There are some restrictions on maximum combined loan to values and occupancy type for secondary and third lien positions that will need to meet lender guidelines.
