I saw a reporter drive up to a roadside test station and the medic with the PPE took the sample and secured it in what I assume to be a biohazard bag, then went straight to the next vehicle to sample the next person.

You are the owner and it is your responsibility at the end of the day to abide by all of the landlord tenant laws, so if your property manager isn't doing a good job, you get stuck holding the bag.

I will say this however, as with every tool in the bag, there is a time when it's right and the circumstances are such that working with the listing agent is indeed the best way to do it, but that's the exception and not the norm!

You need to get rid of a lot of the popcorn to see where the plaster is sagging and needs to be repaired, and it's probably a lot cheaper and easier than hiring out the asbestos remediation of the entire attic to a certified company.You could of course go up to the attic with a shop vac and a bunch of bags, vacuum out all the vermiculite into bags, toss the bags down the hatch, and dump them somewhere.

I think if a tenant were to have multiple bags of groceries in their vehicle and need to take it up to the kitchen they probably wouldn't be taking off their shoes in between grabbing bags of groceries or just say they are in a hurry and forgot something inside need to run back inside, they won't be taking off their shoes.
