It’s going one higher or… higher.Inflation is staying stubborn, much like my girlfriend likes to remind me about yours truly (fair point).

As I continue my W-2, I'm continually reminded of my goal to be financially free by age 45 (just over 7 years from now) and I'm more motivated to reach that goal so I can go into RE investing full time.

It connects my airbnb and VRBO calendars, offers automated messaging, smart lock integration, cleaning calendar/reminders, and offers pretty good income reports.

@Kevin Si oh, and reminder to look at the holdings of the funds to help your search I'm guessing..And I almost forgot, especially in real estate.  

This reminds me of how I view STR regulations in Colorado.

@Kiersten Vogt keep in mind too that if something, septic or otherwise, comes back in an inspection, remind the seller that he then has a responsibility to disclose the defect to any future buyer.

Areas like Bandon by the Sea Oregon for example, with one of the top public Golf Course's in the world, reminds me a lot of the Monterrey/Half Moon Bay Area and has attracted high net worth investors in recent years.
