From what I’ve heard, there are reputable local management companies in regions like San Antonio or Omaha that handle everything from screening tenants to arranging quick repairs.

The last two provide the added benefit of providing you access to liquid cash. 

I ran my calculator to get a quick "what if" on a 30yr picture.

Doing a quick peak there is not enough photos and they are not professional.
