In addition to this good list, good agents have good referrals.  

Every 5 years there will be a legitimate strategy that gets promoted as the newest "Get rich tomorrow" BS that gets overhyped by the sharks. 

More people are doing residential real estate nowadays due to online education, social media promotion and community like BP and deals are harder and harder to come by. 

I mean material as recently as late 2022 was totally off-base-- the real estate rookie bootcamp, you had porfer Morby on here, the Carl twins that promote STR as recession proof, the list goes on.

I wanted to post on here and see if anyone has any Property management referrals in the Cleveland area.
