I'd rather stay out of the way and let professionals do their thing.  

You also don't need to do a traditional long term strategy, is there a draw the  area that playing host to a traveling nurse or other professional/student would be interested? 

We also have a big demand for traveling medical professionals, etc.

We do a lot of mid term rentals from universities near by, and traveling professionals.
