This level of service is NOT typical for the Lehigh Valley, and it’s certainly not what we’ve experienced with our PM or others we know in the area.A property manager should be proactive in tenant placement, responsive to inquiries, and transparent about efforts to fill vacancies.

Does this approach make sense as a first step for us?

It was a great experience that helped fuel my passion for real estate investing.Recently, I took my real estate journey a step further by earning my broker license!

Just the first step alone is a bit of a deterrent. 

You could easily niche into that via even just the legal realm and would probably never have to step outside of it.

It’s humbling, but it’s also exciting because I know every connection is a step closer to where I want to be.
