OTM was more a round table discussion of current events, predictions, news etc as it related to real estate, where the hosts also provide some great personal stories that relate to the topics discussed. 

Haven’t used it personally but a good friend of mine who self manages around 20 doors uses it and swears by it. 

I highly recommend going to meetups and talking to investors in person. 

If you are calling the licensed person off the radio AD a lot of money.

Each room has its own unique theme and personality, making the home truly one of a kind.

I also don't see any NMLS licensing posted on your personal website, company page, or even your signature line.
