BUT I do enjoy remodeling and creating my “vision”.

If it's the latter, look at it from a different perspective.You must vision it as a business and run it like a business. 

Sometimes I think about cubicles, performance reviews, efficiency studies, reorganizations, downsizing, rightsizing, outsourcing, customer surveys, politics, employee surveys, budget reductions, 2% pay increases, mission statements, vision statements, presentations, progress reports, staff meeting, commuting, etc.

Paul,Sounds like you have your vision worked out. 

Every day I get up to do my miracle morning and see the vision, I look over my goals and then act throughout the day.

My current investors do not see the vision as I do.

A shower head , a light fixture, do people really lack any vision? 

They also lack vision and confidence to push past the initial learning curve and stress of having more responsibility.

For example, if you had said you had 5 years of experience as a construction site project manager and were looking to go into building homes for owner-occupied residential real estate and needed some start up and living capital...I'd feel a lot more confident like you have on vision of what the future looks like.
