Looking to buy a house in Berkeley, CA. and have a quick question regarding the property title & assessor records. 

I have found a deal and am ready to pitch an investor, just not quite sure how to organize it. 

Makes it easy to keep the cash organized as well as bills.You don't need a credit card but debit cards for each place makes it easy.

I can tell you if you need to follow the telephone recording requirements for note collections and having a collections activity log but I can't just answer how do I learn.......at east beyond what I've mentioned.

@Sharad Bagri, I think most people would simply have their lawyer prep and record a quit claim deed.

To locate a property owner, you can typically visit your local county recorder's office or the tax assessor's office.

I dont believe there is any kind of HOA or ruling organization for these group of houses but it has me concerned that if one day they all decide they want to repave the driveway or add lighting or something along those lines, they would try and make everyone chip in and pay their fair share. 

If the potential investor is still not convinced, he states that since 2012,every loan note has been repaid, a better track record over 12 years than any lender in American business history.  

They should put the tenant on notice, and indicate their intent to terminate their lease if they don't correct the problem.If you have no such clause in your lease, you can find the owner of the property using tax records, then skip trace the owner and contact them to let them know of the situation.

I'm believe all property records will be kept and stored on the Blockchain.
