I've been emailing one of the founders back and forth and they are very interested in pursuing the idea into the mortgage space but we aren't particularly well versed on the "nuts and bolts" of how to dig up mortgage notes that would fit into the mission.

Some folks might operate differently or offer unique touches though, which is where a checklist might be helpful - things like wine on the DR table, bottled water on nightstands, coffee & creamers available...To get better performance and be on the same page, I also think it's important that you share the "why" behind some of your requests or feedback along with your overall vision and have them understand their role in accomplishing that vision or mission.
