Hello,  I live and invest in NE Ohio and the winters are miserable!

For those who have had bad experiences with PPC agencies, I do a lot of interviews for PPC practitioners, who are miserable at their huge PPC agencies, managing 60 accounts (yes SIXTY) accounts per month.

To answer all of your questions:We are so very glad we got into the rental business.I was able to quit an absolutely miserable day job, and now I own a furniture making company, Barndog Mill LLC.

It was time to learn on the fly...I knew enough to not fail miserably, though certainly not enough to hit a home run (which is not my goal anyway).

He turned out to be a miserable, rude, vile individual.

We ended up letting him go and losing $5,000 in the mix...What followed was a 6 month miserable attempt in identifying an engineer that could draft up plans for a wall that didn't require a 10 ft. footer (b/c doing a footer required digging up our neighbor's property) and a contractor that could execute.

I realize this is not going to be a popular perspective in a forum full of people trying to make their pockets bigger (pun intended) but I'd consider how many successful people you know who are miserable.

I live in Philadelphia and I work in KoP as well and I make that commute each week and yes, it is absolutely miserable esp if you encounter traffic congestion.Good luck with your upcoming purchase.

I think they just don’t like rental properties and investors and are trying to make our lives miserable (I would like to point out that our properties are better kept then most of the owner occupied homes on the street).

If you don't do this, and you bill them separately,  you will have a constant fighting amongst the tenants with each other over the usage, and they will make your life miserable.
