Terms are there so we can protect our fees in the middle.  

Personally, we are on pace to sell more properties this year than the number of acquisitions for the first time since I started doing REI in 2017. 

However, when you get to the middle ground, say five to 15 units, it can go either way.

Maybe add community amenities in the middle for occupants of all units to enjoy.

How how I put myself somewhere in the middle of the deal legally in contract so I can receive my assignment fee at the COE for bringing the 2 parties together.

The $260mil is simply just the value of properties that are currently in select counties I want to focus on to start so I put that number as more of an example of what I would ideally like them to contribute funds or fund fully up to but things can go at a pace as investor that wants to team up wants to go.
