I think of them sort of like really big HOAs.To get a sense of what regulation looks like at a local level as it's being crafted, you can watch videos of the town of Shandaken designing STR regulations online (they put them on Youtube I believe).

I had no way to detect solid trainers from the dream merchants.Alas, I didn't really begin learning and mastering my craft until I immersed myself in the business full time, found a broker mentor who was willing to guide me and tell me the truth about prospects who were not qualified, hence, not deals.I've been licensed for over 35 years and recognize that there's no guarantee that a licensee will make money but I can assure you that you can easily invest for your own account without a license being a handicap.

, each property should have own file folders, there are punches that you can use with fasteners to keep orderly, I prefer digital and paper copy, computers fail, hard drives crash, papers get lost, Wisconsin isnt as paperwork heavy as some, you will also want a rent log of each property you can make up a master for that, with security info with it too, when we went digital(ages ago) I was the one to first teach our realestate office computers, and still see them fail so keep meticulous notes, it will actually be easier not harder
