don't risk it pay it since you can.. and if your home is important to you.. be done with it.. business will always be there.Also I believe the law states at least owner occ loans that the lender MUST offer you an in person meeting mediation prior to foreclosure now many never go to them and lose that chance  but if you have not been offered a meeting with a decision maker I would follow up that line as well.. but shoot if its just 3 payments pay them and be done for golly sakes.
