According to my friend, the US media is giving almost no coverage, and very watered-down coverage, to the situation there.If the natives are leaving because of unrest, pretty certain you don't want to be investing there right now.  

Seller knows buyer or has every reason to trust their integrity.

I was introduced to wholesaling a few months ago and don’t even have a business, LLC, Tax ID, social media or anything set up.

Our goal is to help more investors get there, but we can’t do it unless we share the accountability.In this forum, much has been implied about reputation, ethics, and integrity.

Since they might not have a deal in work at the time, we often do this a few times to keep in touch.Though it happens, we’re not looking to become friends, but face-to-face is the only way to determine if somebody has the integrity of someone you want to lend your hard-earned money to.

I don't know about your level of integrity, but there are way too many PMs  that just want thier comition and fast.
