It sounds like in California, no you cannot get records of people who have had their water turned off unless you can convince "..the utility... that the public interest in disclosure (of these records) clearly outweighs the public interest in nondisclosure.”The paragraphs below are from here https://firstamendmentcoalitio...Unfortunately, there is a specific exemption under the California Public Records Act that exempts from disclosure “the name, credit history, utility usage data, home address, or telephone number of utility customers to local agencies,” though it goes on to state that such information may be made released “[u]pon determination by the local agency that the public interest in disclosure of the information clearly outweighs the public interest in nondisclosure.”

- Problem with compass is I believe they're too much investing into tech while it doesn't necessarily translate to bigger productivity and sales- The EXP model is actually significant changes where it tries to democratize the revenue by sharing it among team and leads- I would like to say the Exp is offering new business model in RE agency, while other agency is more like traditional where individualism performance is the key ; Same concept in used car you have regular used car dealership and you have car max which offer no haggle price.

I am a private lender as well lending my own funds, and I also do not report to the credit agencies, but does that mean my loan does not really matter or exist on the next application?

The listing agency is saying it would be about $20,000.00 per month to borrow that much but considering you should be able to get a bare minimum of $1,250.00 each unit per month, and probably more, there is some cash flow that could be made.
