This is a great story to tell and you should be very proud of your vision that's now translated into a way of life for the 382,458 strong BP members as of today.BP's longevity attests to the fact that it fills a void in REI that others would love to emulate.The BP community is a one of a kind social media network that has evolved over the past eleven years to its current state and continues to so.There is something about BP that creates this strong magnetic field that pulls everyone from the ground up, south to north so to speak.If someone is willing to invest the time and effort in educating themself for near zero or a few dollars compared to other REI offerings, then taking action to build upon their knowledge, it will pay off when action is taken.As we all know, BP is addictive, helpful, encouraging, educational and has a plethora of resources that are readily available to the community.Since its inception, BP has made a lot of people rich, famous, give up their 9-5 W2 jobs, realize that they can be their own boss, reclaim their lives and family time to name a few pluses.Happy birthday BP, your journey is still on the upside of its trajectory path.

I'm not sure if jumping jobs too quickly will be helpful on my resume and the longevity of my positions help.

It is technically a month-to-month rental agreement but it encourages longevity by prorating the return of the security deposit.  

Most likely in the $40,000 range, but I will lose longevity.

@Debashis Sadhukhan  here is how I handle my A class rentals  and remember I am one of the worse at land lording as Its not a passion of mine and I hate the detail and getting fix up calls.First off I under cut the rental market if its 1200 I rent for 1150 or 1100... rate of return on the rentals per month is not my concern its longevity of tenant, so I don't have what your going through.. then I tell the tenant I will never raise the rent as long as your on time you don't bug me much with little dinky things.

I understand you have to be picky in order to survive and have longevity in this business so I plan on standing my ground.

Infrastructure is being built to cater to the 6 month long event and the resultant potential population growth. 

There is some discoloration due to heat cycling (rainbow effect) but otherwise they are perfect.The multi ply is important for longevity.

Norway is full of Tesla's, so other than a little less range, just like a gas engine, cold shouldn't be an issue to the longevity of the battery.

To complicate things further, the quality of the brand selected, maintenance over their life and location all play a role longevity.
