Then the bottom cylinder is for the tenants and you can easily re key it when a tenant moves out.

I have all of the things in the example lease, and I added extra clauses for things like keeping track of keys and locksmiths, burning candles and grills safely, cleaning and lawncare, an expanded clause on not clogging drains, no pools, etc.

They then go back with keys and/or a locksmith.

If it's after office hours, I'm charging double (still less than a locksmith).2.

I install them myself, but some not so bright people on here would probably pay a locksmith to install them.

I called a local lock smith and he told me he wouldn't use them because hes had to drill 12 out in the last year.
