I just listened to Michael Baum on the podcast and decided to actually look at the forums...This has been an interesting conversation to read through.

Was listening to a Tax Podcast talking about potentially doing this via residential housing.

We listen to the podcast and have started reading the books but the analysis paralysis is real especially having the money to actually do something and never having this much in our bank before at once! 

A lot of the podcasts I’ve listened to said just to verify how many non related tenants can occupy the property since different municipalities are different, some 3,4,5 etc. so that’s why I initially reached out, but was surprised to have zoning tell me it’s not allowed in a few cases.

We try to set people up for success day 1, but often they don't listen.

I would like to listen to all the different shows but don't have the time each week so wondering if there is a way to get the pod feeds sent to me through RSS or API so I can put it into AI to identify the main themes and where to focus?

I've been doing homework, listening to pod-casts, reading and the knowledge out there is phenomenal and overwhelming at the same time.
