I got couple properties in Texas but I can tell you with this interest and mortgage landscape it's hard to find a property which will cashflow with 20% down.

We also increased curb appeal with landscaping (there was ZERO), a ledge-pack driveway, and a fire pit area.

I don't see any line items for landscaping items: grass cutting, annual mulching, cleanup, and snow removal (if you are in an area with snow).  

Featuring brand new roof, new windows, completely new electrical system, completely new HVAC system, brand new plumbing inside the house, and all new designer cosmetic updates, luxury inter-locking vinyl floors & luxury stretch ceilings with recessed lighting & full landscaping with new sod up front.

A fixed cost for landscaping if you have a yard.

We have done about 18 units out of 36 along with the outside and are currently working on the pool area and landscaping.

The evolving landscape of work culture, with a marked shift towards remote and hybrid models, has drastically reduced the demand for traditional office spaces.

This includes landscaping and outdoor space if possible.

Roof, swimming pool, interior, exterior, driveways, landscaping, etc.
