But the trick is, how do you get into the home and hold it the first few years...get a great deal, super low IO loan, develop/improve/best use, can put 20-30% down?  

(ie. on a fixed income & wanted an I/O loan, and/or ARM - What do you do in 3 years when your mortgage goes up & your income doesn't?

We've been told about this issue -- it started with the last iOS update.
