Any tips or tricks on how to source fixtures and finishings or general construction supplies?

I actually had an initial phone call with the co-host that ended up lasting an hour because he kept giving me tips and local knowledge.

You do lead me to a point of maybe I should investigate their financial stability a bit more.The guy with the 4 plex I talked to WAS thinking about taking the $120k.

@Jay Hinrichsall the questions to ask / vetting tips that @Jonah Gunalda got are really good... but (and with the caveat that i do not invest in syndications) isn't the bottom line that he should KNOW anyone he invests with?

If this were a brick and mortar bank (now I switched to one), this would have been flagged to me before the bank took the action of refunding the money, triggering an investigation.
