You would do better to hold the stats until someone asks about the area and then drop the knowledge for them in direct response.

If someone pays 5k for the knowledge yes it is a scheme to leverage what their parents taught  them and thinking paying off their home is a good thing.

The water test results came back good so at this point in time we didn't do the repair.We were nervous in talking with tenants about this issue and thought it might detour people from wanting to rent the property. 

Learn how to evaluate a market by either reading and listening to a lot of content or by providing some sort of value to someone who already has that knowledge.

Not sure where your research came from but what I was basing my perspective on, was from a professional working knowledge of being on the ground observing.

Caveat: I have not invested in any of their funds and just sharing my knowledge, I am not saying they are or are not in any financial stress

It is just a matter of whether they broke it or not.It goes the same with all issues such as guest complaining about not being able to check in before check in time, or not able to find the item when we clearly stated where they are and sent them photo proof… I call this stacking the bullets before the battle and I tell my team you guys are sending me without weapon to fight if you don’t do this for me 😂 (I handle all the claims as I do this for my job)You are in an expensive market!
