In case we have any military types here, did you ever see a 19 year old drill instructor?

Now my instructor at real estate class which is a very seasoned investor swears by the crash that is coming but cant provide any specific reasons for it. 

I'm also a swim instructor so I want to stay in the water but I'm also looking for my own financial freedom.

Instructors from courses that are bankrupt but they make money from your Tuition, etc.I had a Student who really wanted to get into an Investment.

I am active duty Air Force and will be an AFROTC instructor for the 2022-2024 academic years.

In the past one of the instructors I learned from claimed that the trust was supposed to file a tax return too.

I'm one too :) Although just a flight instructor and not working for any bigger outfits professionally.

Now, if there are multiple reviews of those reports and many more reports of those same properties with the same circumstances, etc, then we may have a glimpse of a trend or abcense of one.In my 26 year professional experience, not once did I hear any instructor, colleague or anyone else in and around the appraisal profession, mention racial or social classes as a factor in an appraisal analysis.
