My personal opinion is owning your home outright is an amazing feeling and impressive feat.

I just want to say that's impressive. 

I got the impression his partner wanted to do financing through them over 15 years and the main investor wanted to buy outright… i assume that’s why it fell through. if we sold the place to an investor, we’d need to sell outright and would need the money upfront (instead of financing).

I enjoyed watching your video and was thoroughly impressed by how you manage your operation, ensuring a smooth experience for your tenants.

I was under the impression that they could become CPAs.  

I would love to to have access to the forms referenced in the book.Almost read it and am very impressed.

I wasnt impressed with 95% of them .

@Eyong Agbortogo Estoppel agreements are used to clarify things like if the tenant has a security deposit, what they pay in rent, if they are month to month or under the impression they are on some type of annual agreement.
