I assume you could take a similar approach with Redfin, Realtor etc etc.There are STR sites like Rabbu that present deals regularly but not sure if these are sold furnished.

I don't know much about real estate CRMS although I've had plenty of experience with regular sales platforms, (ie. hubspot, salesforce, zoho, pipedrive, etc) I didn't want to have to sift through all the cars, but it's looking as though I may to see what fits.

The lease termination fee needs to be paid at the time they request this, do not substitute the security deposit for this purpose.This will ensure compensation for time, money and effort needed for a tenant turnover, including advertising and showing costs, regular repairs, utilities during vacancy etc.
