My humble opinion is to hire someone for your web site preferably someone with an investor's background unless it is your desire to learn everything there is to learn.

That's my humble opinion.A really big hurt problem belongs to the banks.

That person has hopefully been humbled, or is no longer affiliated with the company, and is ABSOLUTELY not representative of anybody I've encountered.  

However, to be clear in my humble opinion in investment you make 35K immediately and 10% net return per year puts me over 32% return with NO leverage (cash in cash)  I am sure she probably got most of her money back after a refinance...

Just food for thought.one thing to remember the author of that book is a high producing real estate broker with probably a lot of wherewithal.. and a ton of experience.. so yes what he talks about can happen.. but is it appropriate to advise those who have never done it and or on much tighter budgets and no real experience.. in my ever it to be humble opinion NO..

I find this to be intriguing, risky, and humbling, while also serving as one of the best oppurtunities to help me achieve financial independence and more.
