It's easy enough for me to use myself and has a lot of other features that help me manage my rental portfolio and take more of the day-to-day management in house, like vetting tenants, collecting security deposits and rents and its other banking features.

Click the magnifying glass in the upper-right corner, enter your criteria, then narrow the focus down by blog, forum, or other categories.To be honest, the search feature in BP is lacking basic functionality.

I also love that the banking features are tied in.

To be honest, I like J Scott's approach for 2 reasons. 1st, it's easier to drill thru the COGS details since everything is posted there, 2nd, you can run budget vs actual if you plan to utilize the Budgeting feature to track your progress directly from QBO.

Things that I'm looking for:- The main feature I'm looking for is  the ability to create as many "accounts" as I want.

There are also automation feature within Podio.
