Need some advice on where to grab the required wood/composite wrapped windows at a reasonable price.

Having been now in the Real Estate investment game and working with Bolthouse Homes from day one I would love to extend the invitation for us to grab coffee.

If this is your first deal, I would get an attorney involved. if not, you can always just grab a title company and they will give you some pointers.

The lady ran in her house to grab a pan full of water and i remember i had a bunch of water in my car so grabbed that since I couldn't find a hose readily available. .  

I am interested in possibly grabbing coffee.

Grab the current rental rates you can find in the area and plug the info into your spreadsheet to analyze (I assume you have a spreadsheet to use, if not search the site, there are a bunch to use that are offered by other members for free).

Since the commission on a $30k deal is peanuts, I get the new girl/guy but I don't care.      

There's three of us girls he left behind(me and my two older sisters) and if we sell it and split it we wouldn't make much profit after.
