I do question the integrity of how he markets to us as investors and the i have serious concerns about the high cost of $5,800 and $19,800 for the two levels of courses given the fact that most people who pay for real estate guru courses do not benefit from them.  

They will give it to them and then convince them a 10k course will take them to the next level.

How did you learn to build that level of trust so early in your career?

In addition, committing ~ $200K requires some level of sophistication on the part of the investor and you are more likely to find someone to agree to your terms in smaller transaction sizes, but even that will be difficult.
