@John Fortunato I just recently finished reading The Wealthy Gardener and it was amazing. 

Account Closed everything I have acquired has been in Wayne area..Taylor, garden city, westland, dearborn heights..I listed a property a few days ago on Zillow and went under contract in 48 hours..I work two jobs as a medical scientist and would go after work or late evening and work on them.

I don't have any SFR anymore, when I did I always had a gardener maintain the properties.
