It would be different financing but I'm sure banks could get it done. 

3 seperate buildings, parceled as 3 seperate addresses so investor can get single family financing on this, is that correct?  

The sweet spot for us is sub 400k and we are looking mostly in NH, central MA and possibly RI for deals.

I’ve often seen 5 units sell for the same or less than 4 units because there are less buyers and the financing is worse.

I am ready and will be starting with property number one sometime, hopefully, quarter one of 2025 with a possibly 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom single family home; as this is within my current budget.
