So I have came into a huge speed bump in the disposition aspect of one of my current Deals.

It's currently the fastest-growing city in the country, and there is a major housing shortage.

It doesn't help that I tend to move at the speed of a glacier when there are roadblocks like this.  

.- Maybe if it gets the deal going and leads to a cash out refinance before the 5 year mark that allows me to speed up the TSP pay off.Wow - Great food for thought.

.- After 3-4 years, look at using leverage to speed up portfolio growth.- Always own 50% of portfolio with cash owned properties.Portfolio should then be secure and cashflow positive.Just my opinion 😁
