In my experience there is little that the size of your down payment won't fix. 

I have experience with Quickbooks Online (Intuit bookkeeper), Xero (ProAdvisor), RentRedi, BuilderTrend and more. 

Credit is 699. 10x Experience Entry/Exits on HUDs.

I've heard that renting by the room can be a great way to boost profits, since you'll end up collecting more in total rent than with a traditional lease.

Unless the property needs work and the seller is desperate, you're not going to find a seller willing to do any sort of seller financing on their end.
