North Canton is a mess right now, they outsourced their building department and went way off the deep end with controls and penalties.

If no one else is doing it, I'd say chances are is because it is prohibited. 

I think if you can juggle managing the property on your own and taking care of your business this seems like a no brainer but I hope you don't get caught in a rut because it doesn't seem like it's working or something else... it's a marathon, not a sprint!

Then you can't get that money back to re-invest when you want to deploy it somewhere else. 

What happens if one of your tenants has a slip and fall, on your property, or something else happens to them?

Call and ask them who they know that you should connect with in 2025.Everything else for most people is low yield.
