If I live in a $600k SFH and have around 50% equity but want to "upgrade" to a $900k SFH, what would be the best option?

Looking to upgrade the ones in my rental.Would truly appreciate any recos, thank you!

As a side note, in many cases, putting in individual electric meters will involve not only the meters and wiring, but upgraded fuse boxes and possibly upgrading service to the property itself.

I upgraded to the next level because I knew if it helped me get my first deal, or an extra deal.. or made any of it faster or easier... the price paid would truly be nothing in relation to the reward gained.

I hope to use the upgraded version of the site where you can have your own property listing and page like a website.

Even after you have title, if there is a redemption period in that state, then you want to wait until the redemption period has passed before you make any costly repairs or upgrades. 

My family would like our grandparents home built in 1964 fully renovated and upgraded.

The LLC will be renting the property from my father and he is willing to share some of the cost for the rehab and upgrades.
