I have a few good friends that would use me if I can service their HM needs.

I appreciate the feedback, always trying to help out my California investor friends. 

Wasn't for me.I'm not affiliated with the company, although their founder @Brandon Hall is a colleague and a friend of mine. 

If you're scaling your rental portfolio, you have to scale your operations as well.Having said that, I have friends who only have single family MTR homes and do extremely well at scale.

However, all of the investors really like the property and the care takers and they like to visit and bring family and friends to the property.

Every Week I scan the MLS, navigating cities and towns in South Florida that are friendly (and not friendly) toward short term rentals.

My friend and I are planning to buy an investment property (My second his first).

It’s in pretty good shape at this point, rentable.I travel a lot for work, and a friend gave me the idea to do a short term rental as a one bedroom, locking all of my stuff in the other bedroom and office - I applied today and was denied because I don’t own both sides of my HPR, even though I have written permission from the owner of the other half….
