@Geoff Eckert  there can be a very wide gap between C and B  forget the minus and the plus.so it could be luck of the draw it could street to street your C could be C today and meltdown to D rarely do these neighborhoods come up  they for the most part go down.were as solid A and B can maintain as you have a nice sprinkling of owner occ and sales to owners.Were as anything under that is pretty much only being sold to investors.

Ask if they take debit cards and credit cards or must you write a check, The way I am comfortable with paying is payment for the job x amount, payment for the decorations according to a gross budget for everything, as they are purchased vs giving a pool of money to draw from.

For a local PE to look at the plans, size the beam properly, and even draw a few connection details (the most important piece) you're probably looking at $500-$800.

I just had a large group check out and our cleaner informed us that while most of it was what you'd expect from a large group, the bunk room had two sets of bloodied sheets, imprints on the black out shades, multiple chalk drawings on the garage floor, various towels used to remove makeup, various dirt handprints on the walls, and didn't run the dishwasher.

Of course, you could invest using cash only but then you might as well do that overseas and make significantly more money.Many are still pinning their hopes on the fact that they can buy today and refinance later at lower interest rates and hope that these rates go back to sub 3% again.

Move it to a new LLC to avoid old potential issues.You will both be members of the new LLC with percentage ownership.Have an attorney draw up the LLC Operating Agreement and be sure YOU understand it.
