I had a property where the buyer bailed st the closing, there was an EM disputes of course, my agent said we couldn’t relish until it was resolved.....I pulled up the appropriate rulings online, and we delisted right away.

Hi Joshua, similar to how tenants and landlords can file disputes with the Residential Tenancy Branch, strata owners can file disputes with The Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) for certain strata matters.
