I've been on BP for a couple of months now digesting a ton of information and am very thankful for it.

Don't know if I'll go this route yet, there's lots to read, but it's great info to digest.

After a few weeks of digesting information i've come to the conclusion the most valuable things to learn and mastering in RE are Deal Analysis (Finding a good deal) and RE Finance (creative financing).I'm looking for some direction on what to specifically do to master these two concepts.  

Digesting some of it pushed my timetable back as I continued defining and then creating my database tables.

It will vary depending on the lists you use, but in general, you should space out the touches every 4-6 weeksThat is probably a lot to digest for now.
