I agree that licensed agents will rat you out, as they should (my opinion)...licensed agents have dedicated lots of money, time, and training to hold the real estate license. 

But there are a gazillion things that could sell today for a nickel that can't absent a currency that delivers on this micro transaction need.  

I like to hand-deliver it and set an appointment for my first inspection so I can start documenting the condition of the rental from that point forward.

I will be attending training there that lasts roughly 12 months.

The other big part of this is that currently there's no great way to get to the stadium besides by car on I 95 if you're coming from the suburbs or by 76 which both get extremely backed up.With the stadium beating at this location people from the suburbs can hop on to their local train station and get right into the Jefferson Station right at the proposed stadium location.

However, my experience has been disappointing, and I deeply regret investing $15,000 that I could now desperately use.Based on my firsthand experience, I would caution against expecting Flip System to deliver on its promises of support, education, and profitable deals.

It takes some training and understanding to do those, but yes, it's real.
