Maybe painting the whole house is a bigger project than you want to tackle right now.I wonder how hard it would be to add some sort of decorative porch light.Just a few ideas...

Then rolled the walls a decorator beige and hand painted the trim and doors white.  

@Jordan FreemanI don't like about condos are a HOAsthey get in my way doing so seller financing , and doing Rent To OwnThey can be really a pain in the *** regarding individual decoration outside your unit, as in having a grill or barbecue on your patio or balcony, don't hang towels out there!

Spend the money on the decor - make it "beachy", and then you might have a winner vacation rental for budget-minded families and retired couples that do not mind the short drive to the beach, as long as they can find parking.

Looks nice and the colors go with any decor. 

The boat, the routes, the dive sites... even the interior decorating (NOT nautical!)

These tiles are herder to clean as dirt gets caught in the pock marks.We don't use porcelain, they are too brittle and harder to cut, more breakage.All ceramic tiles will chip, drop a heavy object on them and they will break, pour red wine on ceramic and leave it there for days and they will discolor a bit, but not usually bad enough to replace a tile, but if you have to, so be it, that's why you keep spares.I really don't see enough difference between the price grades to justify it and have never replaced a tile floor as yet, some are 20 years old and still look great.I am not saying you should choose the cheapest materials, you need a complete decorating scheme, that is neutral, easy on the eyes, and totally maintainable and durable.

I'd spend the $$ on a nice appliance package, decor, or a T.V. to through into the deal.

Add a wreath / decoration to the left (in the photo) of the window on the porch - something light colored.

There are gouges in the walls in the living and dining area, and decorations have been stuck to the walls in one bedroom; when you try to pull them off chunks of paint come with them.
