Do they need to be told of other environmental dangers? 

Will they actually teach anything of substance? 

I was just informed that shingle siding is made with asbestos and is really dangerous.

We need to know bit more on how you plan to finance the whole thing before we can give you something with more substance

I'm aware of the dangers of doing business with friends, but I wouldn't rent this furnished house out to anyone else, and I'd rather not eat the $1900 mortgage. 

The danger of this, unless you have A class tenants, is that the current tenant may not be willing to leave at the end of the lease and now you have an occupant, and a signed lease with a new tenant!

The facts are all pointing to the deal being dangerously thin at this price.
