In addition to those I would also suggest making a commitment to going to local meet ups and networking events in your area.

Having an agent who also networks with local probate attorneys can open doors to deals.

It's a great group, lots of great information, great contacts, and great networking.

Your best bet is to go to real estate networking events near those areas and talk to those who have invested in those areas.Best of luck!
