Questions why they aren't marketing the RADD brand better? 

Chris can you share how have those couples been able to achieve the 750hr requirement?

@Chrissy Smyth, just a couple comments:1.

I will be short by a couple hundred dollars.I believe the interest rate needs to be at a reasonable percentage.

I've got a duplex built in 1888, and have a couple of cold rooms, upon inspecting the basement, there is no insulation under the floor of these rooms.

The dated cabins typically need more help than say brand new construction which now are coming with pools and other amenities built in.

First of all, my personal credit was a very good at 735 midscore. 100% financed tidied it up just a little bit more with  just cleaning up a couple of things on my credit.

Other than the 1 property I am renting my family's taxes are pretty straight forward with a couple W-2 and no LLC, so when I got the $1,700+ quote for tax preparation it seemed a bit much.
