Could anyone provide guidance on how to obtain the contact information of an underperforming host on Airbnb?

We have just entered into contact on an investment property duplex.

For those that have yet to do this, it takes less than 10 minutes if you are a single member llc - just make sure to have a copy of some sort of identification. we did all of ours .. and our attorney contacted us as well and let us know to get them done or he would do them for us. 

Kaushik,Before you decide, contact your agent and find out  if, by excluding the roof coverage, you are also excluding ensuing damage. 

We deny showing all the time because people won't share their contact info.

So there is a singular point of contact who's active and not a need to wrangle a whole group for every everything. 

I will definitely contact the zoning department again and get all the details. 

If you're willing to be more active, purchase a property or two in an area you personally know well and have key contacts (handypeople, contractor, lender, etc.).

It's in a rural town so I'm also worried that demand might not be as high as in more densely populated areas.I'm planning to call local banks this week to understand financing options and contact some contractors who might be interested in building additional units. 

But this goes on the HUD - you don't pay these early.What scammers will do is ask for a portion of the downpayment or closing fees within days of contact.
