We now have several multifamily buildings - each with its own robust insurance policy.

Robust schools (Brown, RIC, RISD, Johnson and Whales), development opportunities coming, etc,

With a median price at $640k for an SFR, even with a robust rental market, to get cashflow, you've gotta dump a whole lot of cash into it (or be very creative with your takedown strategies), and that will usually kill your ROI.

I personally add $1M in coverage to my general policy on top of the $1M my booking company offers (Evolve) but, you should always consider more robust asset protections strategies like you will hear on the Podcast.

It must be followed with more thorough analyses of actual numbers, using more robust measures such as CAP Rate, PV, and IRR.All that said, any serious investor really needs to educate him/herself on the more accurate and conclusive measures for investment analysis.
