What is your concern about the flight path, the noise abatement has paid for air conditioners and sound proof windows.

No problem: I came and replaced it with another 6 month filter.This week I got a call that the air conditioner had ceased functioning.

Some of the worst have been where windows must have been left open, or window air conditioners had water draining inside instead of outside.  

OR it could look great if you peek in the windows(I would not suggest that, the homeowner could still be living there and call the police on you), but when the people get foreclosed on maybe they take the air conditioner with them.

But if you don't contract out your maintenance, you will have to learn that stuff - like how to fix or replace an air conditioner, ceiling fan, etc.
