My Zillow account was disabled today due to an inappropriate comment a made to a prospective tenant about Emotional Support Animals.

The “no closets” comment makes me nervous, as I have been told numerous times by appraisers that a space is only a bedroom if it has a closet and a means of egress.

If you listen to the end of Powell's speech yesterday the most important part was rarely commented on by the media which is when he said, We will continue reducing the balance sheet. translation, They are continuing to let Mortage backed securities and US Treasuries roll off without renewed purchases.

I would appreciate any comments/suggestions/criticisms.We purchased a vacation rental cabin outside of Pigeon Forge, TN in 2012 and have utilized a management company since that time.

If your strategy is to double close on all your deals then you can do as many as you want.My other comment- You have been in the business for 3 weeks and you believe you have "a decent understanding of the industry".  

Will not comment on training but just realize during bad economic times land depreciates the fastest and is the most illiquid.
